Recently, I had the opportunity to attend a Supper Club event at Flying Fish Modern Seafood Restaurant situated between Pelican Bay Hotel and Grand Lucayan on Freeport, Grand Bahama Island. This particular evening featured an amazing nine course Wandering Dinner paired with wines.
Everything was absolutely scrumptious. Chef Tim and his wife Rebecca, a sommelier, who manages front of house, were gracious hosts, as always.
