Met by Limousine and transferred to host hotel
Note: Driver will have a sign with your names on it as you exit the Bahamas Customs Lounge
Meet Chic Weddings Marva Munroe in hotel’s lobby to review venue, wedding timeline and other details
Day 2
Breakfast, Captain’s Galley
Meet Wedding planner, Photographer, hotel’s lobby
Meet Marriage Celebrant in hotel’s lobby for Affidavits of Singlehood
Visit Registrar’s Office with Marva to apply for marriage licence
Please bring along passports, Immigration landing card and a second piece of ID
If divorced, bring certified copy of divorce decree
No blood test required
Note: This takes approximately one hour and is a very quick process
Day 3
Breakfast at leisure
4:15 p.m. Meet in hotel.s lobby … stroll to rehearsal
4:30 p.m. Rehearsal – everyone concerned with wedding ceremony should attend
5:15 p.m. Guests meet at Sabor Pool
5:30 p.m. Bride, groom, guests depart via ferry bpat for beach bonfire
5:30 p.m. Beach Bonfire Buffet, DJ, limbo dancer, fire dance, bonfire
9:00 p.m. Ferry boat returns to host hotel
Day 4
BAHAMAS WEDDING DAY!
Breakfast at leisure, Captain’s Galley
3:00 p.m. In-room hair-styling appointment
4:00 p.m. Bride’s in-suite make-up appointment
5:00 p.m. Groom, groomsmen, guests meet at Sabor Pool
5:15 p.m. Groom, groomsmen and guests board ferry boat and depart for ceremony
5:25 p.m. Bride and bridesmaids are met in suite and escorted to limousine
5:30 p.m. Depart for Ceremony, Spanish Main Beach

6:00 p.m. Ceremony conducted by Justice of the Peace begins
