Chic Bahamas

We’re so glad you reached out.

Before we dive into what happens next,
allow us to go over a few things you may not have thought about yet.

Bride-and-groom-rehearsal

For instance, did you know:

You can’t get married the same day you arrive in The Bahamas?

Or that your marriage must take place before sunset to be considered valid?

And that your pastor, priest, or rabbi will not be able to perform your wedding ceremony and declare you married here?

Getting married in a different country can be complicated.

There are a lot of things you
might not know.

But on a day as important as this,
you don’t want to take any chances.

THAT’S WHERE WE
COME IN.
WE KNOW THE BAHAMAS and WE KNOW WEDDINGS.

Not only is The Bahamas our home, but we have coordinated weddings and events here for over a decade.

This means we have worked with some of the best vendors in the country- giving us first-hand knowledge on who to choose {and not choose} to get the best service, talent, and experience for you.

It also means we know all of the ins and outs of the culture, traditions, and legal requirements you may not have even thought about yet.

And trust us, that knowledge can save you many a heartache in the end!

Planning that Feels Like Paradise

Here’s how you get started:

STEP 01.
SCHEDULE A CALL

Long-distance planning requires trust. And because we believe that trust is earned, we like to begin our time together with a phone call to get to know one another.

RECEIVE A CUSTOM PROPOSAL

After we take it all in:  Who you are, how you two met, and what your vision is, we’ll paint the full picture of your dream in our mind. And we’ll send over a customized proposal tailored to your needs.

STEP 02.
STEP 03.
FOLLOW UP

Look through the proposal. Talk it over with each other and any other decision-makers involved. And then bring us any remaining questions or concerns.

PLANNING BEGINS

We’ll provide you with a detailed wedding planning schedule that guides you through the process. As well as access to our timeline app so you always know where things stand!

STEP 04.
STEP 05.
DETAILS BIG + SMALL

From the big things like managing budgets to the smaller more delicate details like which florals best suit your vision—and all the decisions in between. We’ll be here to answer your questions and make sure it goes smoothly.

WEDDING DAY BLISS

By the time your day arrives, you will have been aligned with all the right creative partners. And together we will work our magic to execute your vision perfectly. Your day won’t only look beautiful, it will run beautifully too.

STEP 06.
Covid Bahamas Elopement

Marva coordinated every aspect of our wedding without a hitch and made the planning process smooth (and even relaxing!) Planning a destination wedding is no easy task and I would most definitely recommend Marva and her team to anyone looking to do so- she is the absolute best!- Hani H.
