This wedding venue and boutique hotel offers laidback luxury with a sophisticated edge, making it the ideal setting for an intimate yet unforgettable celebration. This gorgeous, spacious tropical garden setting is available as an exclusive buyout affording you and your guests the utmost privacy and seclusion. The venue can host events for up to 200 guests.
The hotel itself accommodates 28 guests in oceanfront, ocean view villas, and suites. Overflow guests are accommodated in adjacent villas and houses along Old Banks Road. Chic Bahamas Weddings arranges these accommodations and transfers between locations.
Potlatch’s signature destination wedding guests’ welcome is smiling butlers with glasses of cold Champagne.
The Figtree Restaurant at Potlatch Club
The Potlatch Club‘s 12 acres offer myriad locations to host your celebration weekend. Multiple ceremony locations dot the property. These range from the oceanside gazebo to lawn nooks. Nearby historical churches are also an option. The beauty of this location is that it offers elegant outdoor and indoor spaces. Two expansive poolside locations — one overlooking the ocean and the other ensconced amidst lush gardens away from any possible wind. Two hundred guests can be accommodated at both pool locations.
Figtree Restaurant is the indoor spot for up to 100 guests in the event of inclement weather. Figtree opens onto the Figtree Pool where up to 175 guests can dine. Plated full-service or stations with incredible cuisine is served at all locations.
Potlatch Club Outdoor Tented Wedding Venues
Potlatch’s outdoor Sand Bar and Pavillion Pool with ocean backdrops in the distance are perfect for post ceremony and After Party venues.
A posh tent lounge ideal for a Potlatch Club Bahamas hotspot After Party celebration is fun and romantic. Dance the night away to the tunes of a DJ/saxophonist or live band. Outdoor curfew is 2 am allowing for late night snacks to restore guests’ energy.

Getting to Potlatch Club
The Potlatch Club is a convenient 15-minute drive from the Governor’s Harbour Airport. American Airlines, Maker’s Air and Aztec Airways offer direct flights to Governor’s Harbour from Fort Lauderdale. Flights to Governor’s Harbour are also available via Nassau. Destination wedding groups can fly to Nassau from Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Atlanta, Charlotte, New York and other gateways. Then take Bahamasair Air or Southern Air Charter to Governor’s Harbour. Flights from the US are also available into North Eleuthera and Rock Sound from Nassau. The drive from North Eleuthera to The Potlatch is approximately one hour. The drive from the Rock Sound Airport to The Potlatch Club is about 35 minutes. Or private charter flights via Tradewind from Palm Beach or Miami to North Eleuthera are easily arranged. From the moment your guests touch down, we ensure every detail is thoughtfully arranged. As part of our concierge planning service, we coordinate round-trip private taxi transfers for you and your guests — so everyone arrives in comfort and style and leaves with ease and grace.
