Real Weddings: A Romantic Exuma Wedding

Couple: Gina & Brian

Gina and Brian came to us from New Jersey. The couple had visited Exuma before, therefore an intimate family affair at a beautiful seaside locale was a no-brainer. We planned a romantic wedding for this sweet couple at Casa del Mar in Exuma. All photos from Alfred Anderson.

The Ceremony

Gina and Brian’s ceremony took place on the beach. Michael Hoyte provided steelpan ceremony music for an authentic touch.

The RecEption

The couple hosted an intimate reception. Guests dined on a delicious dinner catered by Emmanuel Smith. In addition, Sally’s Sweet Sensation provided the wedding cake. The bride’s mother also provided a delightful selection of wine and cheeses from their native Portugal.

A romantic spread for Gina & Brian’s reception.

We’re grateful to report Hurricane Dorian did not directly impact Chic BahamasWeddings HQ. While it’s business as usual around here, we’d like to extend our love and support to our neighboring islands who were so greatly affected by this devastating storm.

Our friends at The Baha Mar Foundation have an easy way to support those in Grand Bahama and The Abacos by providing food, shelter and medicine. Please follow the link in our bio to donate to this worthy cause. 100% of the proceeds donated will go directly to helping those in need.

Thank you!
