A Bahamas Eleuthera wedding was a must for groom, Justin. He fell in love with Governor’s Harbour, Eleuthera’s Anchor Bay in the center of the town several years ago. He also fell in love with the gorgeous Pink House at Jack’s Bay Club, Rock Sound Eleuthera. The groom loved Eleuthera so much that he became a Founding Member of Jack’s Bay Club and opened a construction business on the island.
Justin’s love for Eleuthera is so strong that sharing the “Eleuthera experience” with family and friends was a must. Thus, after meeting the gorgeous Lindy through mutual friends, Eleuthera was the perfect choice for tying the knot. Justin, from the UK and Dallas, wanted to share the beauty of the best of Eleuthera with family and friends.
The search for a Bahamas Eleuthera wedding planner commenced. Lindy, who is from Texas, heard about us through a friend. This friend knew a Texas bride whose wedding we had produced on Eleuthera. She connected with that bride, who recommended our services. Fast forward, Lindy contacted us. We spoke on the phone. An April 5 wedding date, the date she and Justin met, was most important. We then followed up with our initial in person July 2024 meeting in Governor’s Harbour, Eleuthera.
A wedding with approximately 80 guests was in the making. The actual guest list swelled to over 100 of the most gracious, warm and friendly people from the UK, Europe, Texas and other areas of the US. All family and friends wanted nothing more than to support and be present to share in the joy and love of this adorable couple’s dream wedding celebration.
Planning for a weekend filled with all the best elements of Eleuthera started.
Getting Ready at Pink House
Bringing things full circle, Lindy and Justin got ready on wedding day in separate suites at Pink House, a place that attracted Justin to Eleuthera. The bride and her hair and makeup artist traveled with our concierge, Jay, from The Potlatch Club to Jack’s Bay early on wedding day. At the charming Pink House, Lindy was pampered with beauty services by the incredible Brielle. Meanwhile, Justin and the couple’s five sons arrived separately for getting dressed at the Pink House.

The Ceremony
The sweeping and magnificent greens of Jack’s Bay Club Event Lawn was where Lindy and Justin exchanged their vows before 100+ family and friends. The ceremony was preceded by a Welcome Cocktail where guests were entertained by the Strings n Tings Strings Quartet as they enjoyed butler-passed hors d’oeuvres and Champagne.
